Artillery Ale
A.K.A. Captain Hickenlooper's Flying Artillery Ale
This addition to our beer menu is a stronger version of an American Brown Ale. Chocolate, crystal and amber malts combined with a generous amount of two row pale give this ale a rich and complex character. Cascade and Willamete hops balance out the notable male and alcohol aspects of this beer.

Splatz Porter
This porter is a dark ale, almost oxblood yet not opaque. It is also one of our cask conditioned ales, full bodied yet not as much of a meal as our stout. The porter is bittered with Bullion hops and finished with Willamete hops.
