Kevin Tessin has been cooking professionally for 8 years and it has become his passion.  When he’s not in the kitchen, you can find this native Coloradan fly fishing or checking out the latest food trends Denver has to offer.

For more then ten years, Roman Padilla has worked with some of the best hospitality groups in the industry.  A Colorado native growing up in the Bear valley neighborhood, Roman loves to cook old world french recipes with a modern twist.
