Private rooms and pre-reserved pool tables are subject to an event fee. Event fees include services related to tables, chairs, table linen, service ware, tableware, and service staff. We offer space accommodating groups of 100 seated guests or 200 cocktail guests in our Mercantile Room. Up to 600 cocktail guests can be accommodated in our upscale billiards parlor. For a more casual private event, our Morey Room can seat up to 40 guests for dinner, and the Brown Room can accommodate up to 30 guests.

The Wynkoop requires that all items belonging to clients, including rentals, be removed at the end of each function. The Wynkoop does not accept any responsibility for damages or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the property. Banquet rooms are assigned according to the size and needs of the group. We retain the right to change the room if the size of the group changes from the original count, or as deemed necessary. Any outside services such as audio-visual, music and special requests must be approved by The Wynkoop.
