Payment/Cancellation
Policy
A credit
card number is necessary to confirm the catering contract.
Once the credit card number is given, you are subject
to all of our policies and procedures, please read them
carefully. The bill is due in full at the conclusion
of your event. If the host departs without settling
the bill, all charges will be applied to the credit
card given to secure your reservation. The Wynkoop accepts
cash, American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover,
Diner’s Club, personal and business checks with
photo identification. Full charges apply if a function
is cancelled within 48 hours of the event. Guests canceling
events within 30 days of the event will be charged a
$200 lost opportunity fee. Guests downgrading their
event i.e. canceling food service within 30 days, or
decreasing their guest count by more than 50% of the
original estimate will be charged a $200 lost opportunity
fee and could be moved to an alternate space.
