and Beverage Service
Bar service and charges can be accommodated
at the guest’s preference, and is based on consumption.
Groups with less than 40 guests can choose buffet service
or a limited menu of up to three items to be chosen
from during the event. Groups of 40 or more can choose
buffet service or a limited menu of up to three items
chosen by the guest, and quantities of each item given
to the banquet department at the time of the guarantee.
The host must then provide a place card indicating their
guests’ menu choices. All banquet lunch/dinner
menus are for a minimum of 25 guests. All appetizer
banquets are for a minimum of 20 guests.
Please note that all food and beverage
prices quoted are subject to 7.7% sales tax on the subtotal,
20% service charge on the subtotal, and 4% city tax
on the service charge (equaling approximately 28.5%
of the subtotal).
