A credit card number is necessary to confirm the catering contract. Once the credit card number is given, you are subject to all of our policies and procedures, please read them carefully. The bill is due in full at the conclusion of your event. If the host departs without settling the bill, all charges will be applied to the credit card given to secure your reservation. The Wynkoop accepts cash, American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diner’s Club, personal and business checks with photo identification. Full charges apply if a function is cancelled within 48 hours of the event. Guests canceling events within 30 days of the event will be charged a $200 lost opportunity fee. Guests downgrading their event i.e. canceling food service within 30 days, or decreasing their guest count by more than 50% of the original estimate will be charged a $200 lost opportunity fee and could be moved to an alternate space.
- Menus and Beverages

Bar service and charges can be accommodated at the guest’s preference, and is based on consumption. Groups with less than 40 guests can choose buffet service or a limited menu of up to three items to be chosen from during the event. Groups of 40 or more can choose buffet service or a limited menu of up to three items chosen by the guest, and quantities of each item given to the banquet department at the time of the guarantee. The host must then provide a place card indicating their guests’ menu choices. All banquet lunch/dinner menus are for a minimum of 25 guests. All appetizer banquets are for a minimum of 20 guests.
Please note that all food and beverage prices quoted are subject to 7.7% sales tax on the subtotal, 20% service charge on the subtotal, and 4% city tax on the service charge (equaling approximately 28.5% of the subtotal).
- Guaranteed Guest Count

The final number of guests must be specified by noon, three business days prior to the function. The guarantee is not subject to reduction after this time. Final billing will be based on the guarantee, or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. In the event that a guarantee is not received three business days prior, final billing will be based on the initial estimate or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. Once the event if finalized, you will receive a contract outlining the final details for your event. Verification of the date, time, quantities of bar and food items and special requests will be indicated by your signature. Indicate clearly and accurately the party that will be responsible for payment. Your event cannot take place without a signed copy of the event order on file in the banquet office.
The Wynkoop Brewing Company reserves the right to change menu items and pricing as deemed necessary.
