About

Cheersleader/Idea Man

A beer journalist turned beer evangelist, Marty's our brewery frontman and eagerly serves as our chief promoter, media tickler and mojo developer. He thinks great beer and a job you love are crucial ingredients for a happy life. He believes craft brewers are cultural counterparts of Johnny Cash and the Ramones. He writes left and drinks right. A working musician and songwriter, his most recent composition is entitled “The Power of Positive Drinking.” Reach Marty at marty@wynkoop.com

Head Brewmaster

C. Andrew Brown (Andy to his friends) got into brewing the way many professional craft brewers become interested in beer, homebrewing at the young age of 20. The natural question followed: "How can I make this hobby into a career?" Brewing school came next as well as stints at breweries across the front range of Colorado and his home state of Maine.

Andy has been professionally brewing award-winning beers for over ten years and guides the Wynkoop into a promising and beery future. When he's not brewing, Andy creates fine small-batch music by playing bass with several local groups, and he builds custom motorcycles and hot rods in his garage.

Meetings & Events Director

A Denver native and 15-year veteran of the city’s hospitality trade, Christine’s a hometown expert who’ll ensure your Wynkoop event and Denver experience is a great one. Her expertise allows you to relax and enjoy yourself while she handles the details on your event. When she’s not providing mile-high hospitality to our guests, you can find our events queen at one of the city’s many sporting events.

Our Menus

Since our opening in 1988, our food has been as popular as our house-made beers.

It's no wonder. We serve freshly prepared, beer-inspired comfort food that reflects our Colorado and Rocky Mountain West heritage, along with hearty servings of the best English, American and Southwestern fare.

We also craft our elevated pub cuisine with the same care, concern and quality ingredients as our small-batch beer. Our dishes are made with an array of locally sourced ingredients, from produce and game meats to everyday staples.
