St. Charles ESB
Another of our cult-faves, it’s a tawny, cask-style session ale with toasted malt flavors and regal hopping from start to finish. Marris Otter base malts, a slew of crystal malts and British hops make it the real-deal, English-style treat. Draft via hand pump only for creamy body and relaxed carbonation.
Rail Yard Ale
Our elegant, hybrid amber ale is made with German malts and hops and fermented with a British ale yeast. One of craft beer’s first style mashups, it has an aroma of sliced apples, wonderful flavors of caramel and a kiss of hops on its finale. Rail Yard has been our most popular beer for over 20 years. Patty’s Chile Beer
A longtime favorite among fans of outside-the-lines beer, this unique golden ale is fermented with Anaheim and ancho peppers. The result is a head-turning beer with deep pepper flavors and aromas but no heat. A GABF medalist named years ago in honor of Westword founder Patricia Calhoun. Draft and (soon) cans.

One of our year-round hand-pumped beers, London Calling is a classic English pale ale that’s cask conditioned for a soft mouthfeel and gentle carbonation. We dry hop it with British hops. A blend of UK-malts and a Brit yeast add extra authenticity to this longtime Wynkoop favorite. Draft only by beer engine.
Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout
Wynkoop’s brand new, rule-breaking and uniquely indigenous foreign-style stout. Made with Colorado base malts, roasted barley, seven specialty grains, “steerian” golding hops, and freshly sliced & roasted bull testicles (aka Rocky mountain oysters). Deep flavors of chocolate, coffee, roasted grains, and…uh… nuts. The ballsiest beer in Wynkoop history, no pun intended. Have a ball!

B3K Black Lager
Our acclaimed German-style schwarzbier is a uniquely thirst-quenching version of dark beer. It’s unfiltered (for extra texture) and features gentle notes of coffee and dark bread and a hint of smoke. Silverback Pale Ale
A thrilling, balanced, dry-hopped American pale ale, it delivers lemon pepper notes thanks to a dose of grains of paradise. It’s built with crystal, aromatic and other specialty malts, and a hearty amount of US hops during the boil and after.
